How long does delivery take? And can you post Express?
Unfortunately gas filled products & gas refill canisters cannot be Express posted (air). So the majority of our items have to be sent Standard post (road), which can take approximately 3 business days to reach you.

Do you supply tracking numbers?
Yes. An Australia Post tracking number will be supplied via email once your item has been despatched.
Do I need to be 18 to purchse of your website?
Our website states that you must be 18 years and over to purchase our items. You will be reminded again at Checkout. Penalties may apply in your state if you a caught purchasing the items sold in our store under the age of 18..

My item is damaged or not as descibed. Can I get store credit?
If you have any issues with your order please contact us asap so we can do our best to resolve it and have you happy as in no time.

Do I have to pay with credit card? What are my options?
Currently payment can be received by Credit card, Bank Deposit or Payid. Those details are listed as follows Payid-0400 758 349 and Bank BSB 014111 ACCOUNT 667 655 128 please pay the correct amount as per your order total including any shipping charges and use your name as an order reference if paying by bank deposit.
