Refund and Shipping Policy

Refunds & Returns - A credit may be offered within 14 days of purchase if the items are in an unused condition. Freight back to us is at the buyers expense in this instance. Generally, no refund is offered for a change of mind. In the case of faulty items, there is a 30 day warranty period, in which case a credit or resupply will be offered. Please contact us to initiate your claim.

If your delivery has not arrived in the expected timeframe, please contact us to investigate with Auspost. There may be a valid reason for the delay or an issue with the delivery details. Please be patient in these rare but occassional circumstances.

Shipping - We post all across Australia. Goods are shipped on the same day as they are ordered if the order is received by 2pm AEST. Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipping is by Auspost at a flat rate of $12 per order and generally takes 3-4 business days. Express shipping (by air) is not available due to the nature of our hazardous products.

Tracking numbers are emailed to customers when the goods are shipped. In the rare instance there is a delay or the items are not received please contact us and we will investigate with Auspost. Orders over $20 are automatically insured if a package is lost or damaged by Auspost. Incorrect addresses provided to us are not covered by insurance.
