Unfortunately no. Because the items are pre-filled with gas they must be transported by road only. Same day despatch is offered for orders placed by 2pm AEST with delivery taking between 2-4 business days.

No. You can can check out as a guest with The Lighter Shop. Memberships are best for saving your details for future orders and for recieving bonus offers.

Delivery on all orders is $12. This is how much Auspost charge us and we have no option but to pass the cost on. Express shipping is not available because of the nature of the products. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.

For orders that are more than $20, all parcels are insured. This insurance is at no cost to the buyer. With any lost parcels there is a process we must follow and this can take a couple of days (performing an enquiry with the Auspost, as it could be a simple transport delay or perhaps a wrong address was given), so patience is appreciated in this instance.

Yes. A tracking number will be emailed after your order is shipped.

The Lighter Shop posts to any address in Australia, including P.O. Boxes etc. We currently do not ship overseas.
